JRK targets institutional quality multifamily and hospitality assets in the top 50 major US real estate markets across a broad range of transaction sizes – from assets as small as $25 million to portfolio transactions of up to $5 billion. To date, JRK has raised 7 institutional, closed end funds with nearly $3 billion of equity capital. Moreover, with several billion dollars of buying power in its 3 currently active and fully discretionary investment funds, JRK is poised to invest throughout economic cycles and turbulent macroeconomic times. JRK’s long duration investments have allowed it to continuously acquire new assets and navigate through various recessions and growth periods with tremendous success. Today, JRK continues to own and operate many of its initial acquisitions from inception almost 30 years ago.
